Question:
I'm thinking of purchasing a 1999 Dodge Ram with 70k miles. It's an automatic. It looks well taken care of, and runs good. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these trucks, either good or bad?

Who else is missing top gear im totally gutted.?
I have two uncles with one, I had one for a while and my father currently has a 98 and has put 150000 on it since he got it in 02 and has never touched it. Is it a 318 motor or a 360? Both are great but the 318 is bullet proof, they will last 300000+ before it needs rebuilt, both have been around since the 50s I believe. It really depends on how much you are paying for it, anything less then 5 grand is worth it; Go to this site if you are in doubt, it is the biggest forum for dodge, I found it about a year ago and fell in love. http://dodgeforum.com/Good luck on whatever you choose!!
What octane rating is suitable for 1995 toyota cressida?
I also forgot to add, ask if the transmission has ever been rebuilt. They tend to last about 100000 or less, so the odds are it has been. After they are rebuilt with aftermarket seals and such they are pretty reliable. Good luck again!!
2000 Land Cruiser won't go out of 4WD??
the tranny might be ready to go out...70,000 miles tends to be around when they fail. that might be why the person who's selling it wants to get rid of it.I have a 1997 Ram 1500 with 180,000 miles on it and i have never had any problems out of it.I keep it well maintained and i wouldn't be afraid to take it from coast to coast.
I would buy the truck with only 70,000 miles without hesitation.
Where can i get the seat Leon FR 2006 user guide in digital version?
We recently sold our 99 Dodge Ram 1500. It had 170,000 miles on it. It was a good truck but we bought a new one and had to get rid of it. Like any car or truck, as long as it's maintained well it should last a very long time. Will an automatic transmission work on my pickup, and if so, what size would I need?
My Father, Brother in-law, and I all had this model the transmission quit in theirs it makes a clink noise when you **** between drive and reverse. Sounds like a bad U-Joint but it's the transmission, when mine started I traded it in.Engine numbers were are they on a vw polo??
Don't buy it you will be Sorry. Look at Chevy or Ford better people to deal with if you have problems with it down the roadMore Questions & Answers ...
