Question:
Someone stoled the battery from my 1993 Dodge Grand Caravan LE and cut the battery wires for the negetive battery cable. There are 3 cables showing (2 copper and 1 silver). Do all three go into the clamp for the battery connection? I so do not want to blow up! Is there a web site or something with pics? Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks!

2 copper is your power (or hot) or red wire and the silver is your ground or black wire. Copper is more conductive so they use that for the red wire. Be careful not to touch any wrenches to the car body or anything else metal when reinstalling the battery. Good Luck and Be Safe!yeah u better ask a shop that works on vans i could tell u if i had a pic but likr u said u dont want to blow it up and its very easy to do that to computers sorry
You would be better off just to purchase a new negative cable for a 93 Dodge Caravan from an auto parts store, all the wires are already molded so you don't have to clamp then all together.
