I have a 96 Chevy S10. The heater started working intermittently and the temp gauge rises and falls...?

Yes but why would you do that? They are old and will most likely tear then your right back where you started. Sack up and get some new ones.

i have not started my car for 3 months?

NO JEEPS HAVE STRAIT AXLES MABEY U JOINTS

what do they call the chip they put in a car to make it run better?

Yes you can,but its better to replace them with new ones.

ford a plan?

First of all a 1985 Cherokee doesn't have CV joints. If you mean the Drive shaft U-Joint, yes they are called CV Joints(2 U-Joints at each end, Front and Rear). If that's the case, NO you can't use used ones. Only a Dealer or professional mechanic can install them. You're better off putting new one's in. The only can you could put old ones in is to change the whole drive shaft. If you have regular U-joints(1 at each end, front and rear), you still can't use used ones. Put in new ones and be done with it.

Does anyone know how to install turbo on 93 Prelude Vtec?

CV joints? Are you sure? It seems to me on a Jeep Cherokee of that vintage, you'd have solid axles front and rear.

I have a 2000 pontiac gp with a 3800 v6, my service engine light came on while I was driving 80 mph.?

If I'm wrong on this particular application, you'll have half shafts on the front of the car. You can use used joints, but you'll want to buy new boots and seal clips. Clean the joints well and repack them. Often rebuilt parts are better than new ones, as you don't know what you're getting with new ones.

does any1 in the US have a peugeot, if so in what region?

However, it is more likely you're in need of universal joints. These are the four joints on the ends of the drive shafts to allow for axle articulation. These are very inexpensive. Just make sure you get a quality bearing and you'll be fine.

I have a 1999 ford windstar and the speakers on the door come an go when I hit a bump etc.?

I have a 1993 Mercedes 300 SE with a gear box leak. will over filing the power steering fluid hurt anything?l

Bad idea, dumb idea even. Go through all the trouble of removing those annoying axle nuts then put in used parts? Try www.raxles.com I hope they are still in service. They have remanufatured units.
