My Car is Making a Rattling Noise, Please Help!?

I have a 1999 Nissan Altima. When I stop I hear a rattling noise (it sounds like rocks in a bottle). When I drive it stops. When I drive, it takes longer than usual to get up to speed. Can someone help me??
