Does anyone have a computer chip tuner for a 1997 (Generation 2) Dodge Ram? Northshore of MASSACHUSETTS?

Question:
A plug in computer tuner to change shift points, gas output, etc... I have a 1997 Dodge Ram with a 5.2L... Im lookin for a cheap easy way to get more horsepower out of it, but dont have the money to buy one of these tuners for myself... If you have one, Im willing to pay for the use of it! Please let me know.
FYI, I am in Salem, Massachusetts and willing to travel to you

once you use it it cant be used again untill the first car is "un chiped" somehow it knows and will not do more cars.

Yeah unfortunatley you can't share these programmers, once they are used on a certain engine, they lock the VIN in the tuner and it can only be used on that engine. The only way you would be able to use it is if someone unlocked it(took the program out of their computer) and let you use it, but then they wouldn't be able to use it anymore on their engine.
