EG8 1.5 Single Cam Fuel Injected Vtec Civic .i checked my power steering fluid in the car & realised that the previous owner used transmission Oil in the pump.can this cause any harm to the PUMP or anything else.?

Yes i would have it flushed as soon as possibnle...Acura/Honda takes a special kind of powersteering fluid...its not red its clear...most good lube shops will have them so if they service these cars. Or a parts store, or your honda dealership.
