Once your service contract is done on your BMW 330 -2003, who does their own oil change, brakes, etc?

What all do I have to do to put 351C heads on a 289?

The best thing to do is just keep doing what you have been doing, but expect to pay more for the services. Some things as simple as an oil change can turn into a nighmare for someone who is not experienced, and don't have the tools to do it with. I would never suggest using a set of ramps in the yard, and getting oil all over the driveway. The ramps will break the ground effects parts right off your car, that is "IF" you can get the vehicle to climb them without them sliding away, or even worse, running off the end of them because you hit them too fast.
The best thing to do is find a good mechanic, stick with him, and please don't act like your problem is the garages problem as it is your car, not theirs! Thats right! Any shop that is good at what they do, and do good honest work, will be swamped with business. I have seen customers who think a shop should just stop what they are doing and repair their vehicle, and a customer like that I send on down the road by telling him/her I don't have time to work on their car. To be honest; most shops don't want to work on BMW's anyway, and you will be hard pressed to find any shop that will do service work on them. Why you ask? Can't make any money on them. Would it be honest to say a mechanic should stop working on a $2,500 job in order to do your service work? Nope! This is why the quick-lube places are doing such good business. I'm in no way trying to be sarcastic to you, so please don't take it that way. I am trying to be honest with you, that's all.
I hope this helps you out, Good Luck!

Is there anyway to extend my BMW Maintenance?

I've done work in the past on my own BMWs after the Service Plan has expired. Although, with newer cars it is becoming more and more complicated.
If you're comfortable doing your own work (and know what you're doing), one important thing you'll need is a service reset tool. All BMWs have computers which track when a particular service needs to be performed, based on time, mileage and how the car is driven. If you do the work yourself, you'll need a tool that can reset these warnings and tell the car that the service has been performed. They can be purchased in many places over the Internet.
A good place to start is Bavarian AutoSport. They have a wide variety of tools, parts, accessories, etc. for the do-it-youselfer. They also offer a variety of tips and knowledge if you plan to do the work yourself.

how do you turn on a BMW m5?

When you drive a BMW, you STAY with BMW. In Europe you can buy and extended service contract. You are also better off with the resale when you show that all work has been followed through with a BMW garage.

Once your service contract is done on your BMW 330 -2003, who does their own oil change, brakes, etc?

Why wouldn`t you stay with the BMW dealership? You can extend the maintenance to 6/100k as long as you do that before your car your car reaches 4/50. If its an 03 you need to check the original in service date and make sure it wasnt sold at the begining of the model year. The cost should be less than 1,500.00. Its a complete no brainer.
