How do you check in-line fuel filter for 2001 v.w. new beetle?

Question:
I am original owner of 2001 new beetle. No prior mechanical problems at all. I got bad gas. Car ran about 30 miles until gas ran out. I wanted to run out all bad gas but car did get completely empty and run out. I put new gas in but now it won't start at all. I tried to find the "special tool" required to remove in-line fuel filter but auto parts stores don't carry tool or filter for 2001. What's up with that? Does anyone have suggestions ?

I have a 92 Ford Exp. Low gear 4X4 light is on. Can someone give instruc on engaging/disengaging No Manuel?

Also, how do you do a compression test ?

I have a problem with my windshield wipers for a ford f-150 can anyone help?

I'd go to a mechanic. I've a feeling the fuel line may be pressurised on this one, so it needs depressurising carefully. Anyway, the mech will have the tool to do your compression test.
