There should be a fuse box next to the left side of the steering wheel on the lower part of the dash. And it could be that a couple of fuses are blown.

The fuses your looking for would be inside the cab. Possibly arround the driverside under the instrument cluster. Or arround the passanger side by the glove box. And they would be labled when you did find them. As for a manual you can go to any used book store and get one for arround 5 bucks. Its cheep and can save you a lot of pain. Good luck.
