Is your dome light out also? Check under the hood on the drivers side, there is a fuse box there. On the inside of the fuse box lid is the fuse diagram. There should also be a fuse puller there also, if not have some needle nose pliers handy. Find the fuse marked DOME and remove it. If it is open, and Im sure it will be, just install a new fuse of the same amperage.Simple, who's gonna end up on top Toyota or GM??

Ok.. once you remove the fuse, hold in infront of a bright light and check whether the metal inside it is not broken. If it is broken, then the fuse is blown out.
