I own a F350. The axles are the same its just the rind and pinion gear that might be different on dualies compared to yours. You can install dual wheels only if you have the correct rims. There shouldn't be any problem with clearance but it never hurts to check before you do any custom changes. What kind of bed is on the truck is the question?!

All you need to know is the rim size, PCD, and number of bolts.
The wheel manufacturer will then work out the dome position for you.

In addition to kakl1104 answer... you will also need to change all the wheel studs. The dually studs are a inch longer to accommodate two rims.

Agree with the previous answers. In addition, you have to make sure the dual configuration tires will not protrude past the flat bed. Most State laws require the vehicle wheels to not extend beyond the body of the vehicle. That's the reason for the big honkin wheel wells on the dually.
