Need to replace the flasher relay in my 03 honda Accord EX?

Question:
But can't seem to take the cover off the bottom of the dash to get to the relay, or get leverage on the tension arms that hold th relay in. How can I get this off? I have only seen one screw that holds this on, but I know there are more.

Answers:

The budget and 4x4?

well if its like a civic which i asume it is you need to just turn the knobs or get a screw driver and pop it off. then unscrew the fuse box there should be one screw in the bottom it should slide down and you can get at it. im not sure if thats how your car is but i just did that today and am trying to figure out where to get a new relay
