Skyline motors?

what kind of motor besides a 350 can i put in a s-10 i seen in a mini truck mag from japan that had a mazda truck with a skyline motor in it can i do the same? I what something different!

You could always get a Turbo V6 (3.8 from grand national/regal t type, 4.3 from syclone/typhoon). A skyline motor should FIT but it'll be a ton of work to make motor mounts, customize the engine computer for the skyline or install a programmable engine computer, and fabricate an adaptor to bolt it to your transmission, a 3.8/4.3 should drop right in with very minor mods if you have a v6 truck, or get the parts from a v6 truck.
