First thing is to see if the PCM is coming alive (engine computer) by scanning for codes and seeing if some fuel pump codes come up or if codes pointing elsewhere may be causing the no fuel pump

Then you will have to check power while either cranking on the engine or shorting out the bar to get the pump to run (as it will come on for two seconds when you turn the key on then won't run again until it senses a crank signal from the crank sensor to the PCM
