Well, I am Arizona so I wouldn't know of a good tech. But you left out some information, like, mileage, engine c.u., multiple fuel injection, ect.You might not need a tune-up, you could just need to put a good gas treatment in gas tank. This will clean injectors, and other parts, but make sure it is a good product, ask the parts person where you buy parts. The fuel we get now-a-days is not the greatest, but it is runnable.
