99 neon air conditioner?

if it still cools some you probably only need a charge. most auto parts stores sell a do it yourself can for just a few $. or you can take it to a shop and have it charged but that's a bit more money. bad thing with ac is if any parts need changed its really expensive. so i would try charging first. PS it uses r134 freon
