To make the suspension as good as it can get, then yes, you should use all of these things - and more. Lowering the car a little doesn't require much except for lower/harder springs, but remember that harder springs will give you less grip (and more stability at speed.)Are Honda Civic Si's readily available?
Lowering it a lot requires plenty. You'll probably need shorter lower control arms (A-arms) to get rid of excess negative camber, otherwise you'll be driving on the inside shoulder of your front tyres - they wear out real fast that way, and don't give good traction.) You'll also need to replace the sway bar, so that body roll doesn't have the car resting on the bump stops during corners. Also, the shocks may bottom out, which will destroy them, so shorter throw dampers are in order.

get an adjustable Hi/Lo & soft/hard with pillow upper ball camber suspension.. (from TIEN's) then go for a stiffer sway bars.. for added performance get those polyurethane bushing fit in when installing those shocksMore Questions & Answers ...
