How is the Suzuki XL.7?

Crane Cams makes a retrofit roller cam set up for non roller blocks. Unless you're racing or running a TPI set up you don't really need to go to the expense of a roller.
The main reasons for a roller set up is less friction=more hp.Plus the rollers on a high lift cam are less noisey so that it doesn't set off the knock sensor and retard the ignition timing=more hp.

Where can i find a transmission for a "96" chevy blazer 4x4?

Unfortunately no.The cam will physically fit, but the '85 block is missing the provisions needed to hold the roller lifters in place.

I have a 1995 honda accord?

Most OEM roller engines use what called a "spider" that holds down the "dogbones" which in turn keep the lifters from spinning. The "spider" is typical bolted down to the lifter valley, and the '85 block will not have bolt locations...

What have you done to your Dodge Ram Cummins diesel to improve the mileage plus performance?

No , the 85 block doesn't have long lifter bores . Look at your local salvage yard or ebay for a roller block , you will be glad you did . You can gain 30+ HP by not losing it to friction with the flat lifters.
