Question:
I have a 2000 4x4 chevrolet silverado that im am looking to put 2 inch blocks on to give it some lift. When I crawled under it tonight i relized that there is already a 2 inch block under the leaf spring (between the leaf spring and the axle). I was wondering if this is stock for 4x4s or if someone put them on there after market? They appear to be stock and i was just wondering if they were?

Lexus ES350 Reverse View?
I own a shop, and do believe there is a block there on the stock one, and it probably would measure about 2 inches. I would go to a website that deals in lift kits, and take a look at the blocks that come in the kits. Do they look like what you have? If they do, then you already have a lift kit in there, if not then you will need to add this to get it up there.
Glad to help out, Good Luck!
