Ford F350 is one tough truck I want to tell you! just dont get the powerstroke motor. the chevy 3500 does not have near the capability of the Ford F350 which does have best in class towing, a whopping 24,000 pounds the highest of any p/u truck on the market. additionaly the Ford F350 superduty is rated closer to a 5,000 pound payload where as the chevy 3500 is at best a 1 ton or just over 1 ton truck. Ford has all heavy duty parts under their trucks, axles, bearings, brakes ect, all of which are mega oversized. Ford Trucks are the official truck of the Pacific Northwest for all the reasons listed.

although I agree with the others, stay away from the power stroke diesel. The 2008 model super duty power stroke has six radiators just to cool the beast to a working teperature of 1400 degrees!
