Where is the ECM on a 97 Mazda 626?

Question:
I hope the ECM isn't bad but here's the problem: with the ignition key in the run/on position there are no dash lights. The engine will crank but there isn't any spark. I can't see 12V at the "engine" fuse. All fuses are good, relays are good as well. Any ideas?

Does anyone know how many engine mounts are there in a 96 (fwd standard) mitsubishi eclipse ?

I convinced myself that the ignition switch was bad and so I replaced it, same problem...

the PCM is under radio assy. remove the gear shift assy & ash tray assy. & ull see it below the radio console.
make sure your relays under the hood fuse box are working correctly, some times they like to go bad.
