Question:
I can't find a turbo kit for my new 2007 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited. Any suggestions? Also will I get better mpg with a turbo kit installed?

It's new enough, trade it in and get a Legacy GT. You'll then have a low compression motor that was actually meant for a turbo, and actually have a warranty too. Also the LGT takes to mods very nicely and more than likely for less money than it takes to get a 2.5i to a GTs stock power, you can buy a GT and have it slaughtering the 2.5i.

You will get worse gas mileage with a turbo installed even if you drive like a grandma because it is in the intake path as well as the exhaust path and causes more work for the motor when not spooled. Judging by the fact that you want to add a turbo kit to a car that you can buy readily with a turbo kit, I'm judging that you want to drive like a monkey on crack and as such you will get horrid gas mileage. My STi averages about 21mpg on the highway with a stroked cammed motor, but I actually drive nice on public streets. At the track I average about 3mpg because I have 1000cc injectors pouring gas in almost as fast as they can spew it.

Your best bet is really to just go trade it in and get one that is already turbo'd. Adding a turbo kit to a non turbo car is the fastest way to destroy resale value, and to absolutely void every ounce of your drivetrain warranty.

I need to know the spark plug gap setting for a 2005 Ford Explorer with 4.6 L engine?

HUH? Since they offer a Turbo Legacy (the Legacy GT) I don't see the need for a turbo kit. And trubos always result in more power and less milage. It's a fact of life.

How many miles can I put on a Toyota Corolla (2003)?

Lastly, adding a turbo to a non turbo engine is a bad idea because the cylinder walls are not as strong and the compression is higher in NA engines. I suggest you not add a turbo kit as it usually results in a blown head gasket or worse.

Sorry for the sour opinion.

No you will not get better MPG and if you find an After market turbo package, you can kiss your warranty goodbye. Go with the Legacy GT if you want a turbo.
