Where is the ECM on a 97 Mazda 626?

Question:
I hope the ECM isn't bad but here's the problem: with the ignition key in the run/on position there are no dash lights. The engine will crank but there isn't any spark. I can't see 12V at the "engine" fuse. All fuses are good, relays are good as well. Any ideas?

Power to the eng fuse comes through the ign. switch. Power to the cluster also comes through the ign. switch. I believe I would start checking there.
