i think that 02 can be a 3.5 or a 3.3 v6 the 3.5 has a access panel on the timing case which you have to compress the chain tensioner to get slack on the water pump side... the 3.3 is more involved you have to remove drive belts,timing belt cover , crankshaft pulley and radiator shroud to access the water pump
