Every body's breaks are sensitive in the morning. This is because it has been sitting over night and the temperature drops a few degrees. It depends on where you live. Moisture like condensation builds on them and a little surface rust builds too, causing them to be a little grabby. It's best to start slow and work your breaks in by applying pressure on your break peddle to warm the brakes and removing the surface rust that has built up. It's like what you said that the problem goes away after awhile. It's because it needs to be worked in a little before they function properly. So Take it slow before you go in to fast moving traffic and make sure that the breaks feel normal when you apply pressure.
