How do you repair a front cradel mount on a Buick LaSabre?

Will any year larger BMW engine and Tranny bolt in w/o modifications into my 86 BMW 2dr?

I own a shop, and what we would do is this; Jack the vehicle up, and put jack stands under the front of the vehicle to keep it from falling on you. Put a board on a jack to keep it from damaging the oil pan, and raise the engine enough to take the weight off the mount. Remove the bolt that goes through the center of the mount (The long bolt), and jack the engine up on that side enough to get the bolts out that go to the engine block. It may have the type of mount that all you do is; remove the center bolt, and unbolt it from the frame to get it out. Use an extension and a deep well socket to go through the holes in the frame. You may even have to use a wobble on a short socket, but whatever works to get the nut off with. To install the new one, just reverse the order, and your done.
