no regular would not cause damage to be truthful in alot of cars unleaded is the only gas they can take. most gm's only take unleaded the only reason to do premium is if you have an suv but for a 300m i think regular would be better for it

No. It makes no difference. Only if your car requires higher Octane levels, than you might want to stick with 92. But for the most part you can put whatever you want.

You can check in your manual, or it should be right on the gas cap door. It's usually stamped somewhere where your speedometer/gas gauge is.

F-150 owners, does anyone regret buying a 5.5' box?

You may get slightly better fuel economy with premium, but if you do the math, the increased mileage doesn't make up the difference in the increased price.

I have a Honda Civic 2006 and I wanna make it faster without making 'major' engine modifications. What to do?

I don't recalled ever seeing a PREMIUM GRADE required on a 300M that I drove. Chances are that car will not required it, as it will probably say so by the gas guage and in the owners manual. Regular or 87 octane should be sufficient. AND PLEASE do not listen to these idiots that will tell you to stick with some expensive name brand gas stations. Gas is Gas. Some name brands do add extra additives to there gas, but it really doesn't effect you. If your prefer the name brand that's fine, but don't think their fuel is any better. Besides most gas stations that are in the same city or region, whether name brand or not, will get there fuel from the same distributor. Name brand owners are no different from the generic owners, so if you have in your mind that they water down their fuel, then i hope you will think the same about the name brand owners. DO NOT trust any advertising that insist they the name brand made the engine better than the generic. The beauty of advertising is that they do not have to show you what each engine went through. A higher grade will not do much for you if it is not required.
