You have to get the BCM prepared for programming by grounding a wire. I think the wire is in the trunk by either the high mount stop lamp, the truck latch area or maybe the left or right side of the trunk under the carpet sides. Ground the wire and wait until the locks fire, press and hold the unlock button until locks fire again and repeat for all transmitters.
