Without a high impedance volt meter or DSO, a wiring diagram, and the firm understanding of how the whole engine performance computer system, fuel system and internal combustion engine works, it's all a guess. Get a mechanic with at least 15 years of advanced engine performance experience and he can find the problem. Or get a mechanic who is a lucky guesser.
