Can you determine where the leak is ? Radiator, Hoses Water Pump, Engine Block?? If you can find the leak it will help to determine what to fix.. It could be as simple as tightening a hose clamp. There is a product called "leak enders" sold at all hardware stores. Read the instructions to see if it is OK with heat.
What ever you do NEVER Never add the stuff that you put into cooling system. It stops leaks AND stops the water from properly circulating in the Radiator and Heater Core.
If all else fails, ask a buddy for advice.
