Yes, I am sure you can get them, front and back, if they don't come standard. You can get heated front seats in pretty much anything that costs over $30,000.I would think they come standard because that is the most expensive benz in the lineup.
They will be standard on this model! However, I would think that 90% of the time the S65 on the dealership will have the Heated and Cooled seats. This are optional on many Mercs, but the S65 is a limited production model. They tend to come to the states fully loaded with little or no options overlooked.
