P0171 and P0174 indicate that the engine is running too lean. There are many things that can cause this. It would be nice to know what the Freeze Frame data showed when the code set. You should check it closely for vaccum leaks and insure your fuel pressure is within specification. There is also the chance that the EGR valve is leaking as well, but you generally get a corrosponding EGR code too. Without having at least Freeze Frame to help, anything I tell you is strictly speculation.

I WOULD CHECK ALL THE GROUND WIRES FIRST A LOT OF PROBLEMS ARE CAUSED BY A BAD GROUND DOES THE ENGINE LIGHT STAY ON AFTER THE ENGINE IS STARTED IT HELPS TO KNOW WHAT THE ENGINE IS ACTING LIKE , STALLING , HARD START, POOR ACCELERATION . AND THE SUCH THE CODES YOU SEE ARE FOR THE INJECTION SYSTEM . COULD BE AS MINOR AS NEEDING SPARK PLUGS OR WIRES ANY WAY CHECK ALL THE SIMPLE THINGS FIRST THE ENGINE IS RUNNING FROM RICH TO LEAN IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE OX SENSOR THEN THEY NEED TO BE TESTED I HOPE THIS HELPS GOOD LUCK
