PGM FI is the name of Honda's fuel injection system, and according to the newsgroup article I read, that is your car's "check engine" light. A problem was detected with your car's fuel/emissions system, such as a bad O2 sensor reading, or an EGR valve issue, etc. Your car's computer probably stored a code for the problem.
