add a throttle body from a 5.2 or 5.9, make sure to get the throttle cable also, headers, 4:10 gear, some harland sharp rockers, remove the clutch fan and get an electric fan, new cam, throw a turbo on it, supercharge it, throw a 100 shot of NOS on it. You also might be better to just get a V-8. But if you do it right, you can make your truck respectable.
