Look near the steering column, under the dash. Also check in the driver's kick panel (left of the brake or clutch pedal), and in the passenger kick panel. There is also a fuse panel under the hood, but the tail light fuse shouldn't be in there. I'm not familiar with your car, but these are the most common places. If it's not in any of these places, open the front doors and look at the sides of the dash. Sometimes they're hidden behind removable panels there. Hope this helps.
