Question about a 96' Ford Probe Part?

please only answer if you know what your talking about.
I have a 96' Probe GT and my lower door trim panel was broken into and cracked.(This is the panel where it says "GT") I found a guy who has a 95 Probe GT and will sell me the part. Ford-Parts says the parts have different numbers, but look the same on the diagram. Does anyone know if they will fit?

how much of an acutal lift does a lift kit give?

should be the same. Because the years are different does not mean the panels are different. also see if the guy will let you test fit it before you buy it.
