It is very unusual that these fuel injected engines need an idle adjustment. If the idle is too high, check for vacuum leaks. If one of the smaller hoses have come off or split, it can raise the rpm's by as much as 700 rpm's. If the idle is too low, you may have to service the throttle body. Disconnect the rubber snorkel tube between the air filter box and throttle body and, with the engine running, manually operating the throttle, spray the throat with a can of throttle body cleaner. It may be that the idle air bypass valve is sticking. Eliminating all that and the need for adjustment is still required, look on the side of the throttle body, forward of where the throttle cable attaches to a semi-circular lever with a coil spring under it. Between this lever and the rubber snorkel tube, there is a squarish protrusion in the throttle body with a round silver cap in the centre of it. Remove this cap using a small, thin screwdriver and you will see a screw inside. Turning this screw will change your idle speed. Don't forget to replace the cap when you're done. I hope this helps.
