Where Is the Fuse Box on a 2001 Toyota Celica?

Found a fuse box under the hood but it didn't show where the cigarette lighter fuse is. Is there another fuse box for the lighter?

what are the different class of cars?

Thanks for your help. I can't charge my cell phone while traveling since the lighter stopped working.

Depends what fuses you are looking for?
The main ones for windows ,stereo etc... are beside the drivers kick plate (Next of the accelerator) and the others for starter motor ,horn etc... are in the engine bay.
The cigarette lighter is in the box beside accelerator it should be a 30 amp
