How much is the difference is there in a D15 cam and a D16 cam?

I have a 89 civic with a D15B2 and my friend has a 93 civic with a D16Z6 he switched cams and gave me his. Is there a big difference in these cams and what kind of bennefits will i get if i switch tnem?
