I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. My blower fan blew the fuse. I replaced it and it runs constantly. ???

Question:
after replacing the 30A fuse. the fan runs all the time even with the key off. it runs at a constant speed. and turning the fan switch has no effect, even when turned off. My local parts man said it may be a relay or computer that is stuck? any info would be appriciated. where are the relays located? where is the computer located that would control the fan?
i have not done any aftermarket accessories. I do have a professionaly installed viper car alarm on the vehicle.

Answers:

Should I turn a '91 Integra LS into a project car? Thoughts?

the alarm shouldnt effect it. my guess is a relay. i doubt its the PCM, however it could be. but if something shorted out the fuse, then chances are the same thing shorted out your relay.

I have a 01 suburban and i am wasting to much gas?

good luck
