Rear Wiper on my 2007 Dodge Caliber stopped working?
red doesnt matter what kind of car as long as dot 3 approved white power steering fluid is power steering fluid hell .99 cents at family dollar. Most generic PS fluid is or was red, haven't changed any lately to see if its all clear now, but it used to be red. Probably nothing to worry about.
I have a ford galaxy 1999 2.3lx my mileage has changed to kph any ideas?how can i change it back?
If your replacing the power steering pump you need to use the Honda PS Fluid because if you don't it is likely the other fluid will cause it to leak from the seals, The newer cars are making there own fluids so you will use them, if not you will likely get a leak, so be safe and use the Honda's PS Fluid, It sound like the other person used transmission fluid and in older car that's OK but not the new ones.Good Luck and GOD Bless
red is normal because it gets used and turns color. brown or black, and you have issues. Transmission fluid is often substituted because its cheaper and works just as well.
check your owners manul or call the dealer
