go to autozone and buy a haynes manual for around 15 dollars. If you cant find one for your neon, then I believe it has the same transmission as the 1995-99 neons so you should be able to use that book... hope this helps!!

Why? There is no repair you can do the trans without special tools and skills.
If your looking to just remove the trans and swap in another then the previous post is good, also recommend www.alldata.com to purchase a cd/dvd repair manual.
