Also the dealer treats you like a king. All the nice perks are just paid upfront. They also don't give you crappy service like the domestic dealers. Example: I had a Plymouth Grand Voyager under warranty. The transmission wouldn't work when it was cold out like 4am in dead winter. By 7am it warms up enough were the transmission would work again. 4am you would have to rev it up then it would work. the dealer wouldn't fix it until I acted like a crazy person. The manager final asked me what I would like him to do since I would go away. I said "Rebuild It" so they did after two months of going back and forth with them. Then the engine wouldn't start so I had it towed to them over the weekend. When I went to pick up the car it had scratches all over the vehicle and the dealer would take responsibility. I showed them a huge cardboard box that was next to the vehicle in the shop that must have been lean up against the vehicle. They said they couldn't be held responsible since they didn't see it happen. Just bad service period.

Audi Example. Had breaks replaced. When I stopped for gas noticed that someone had slide the tire during the repair and put scratches across the wheel well. Went back and showed service. They apologized gave me a vehicle to drive and had it back to me 3 days later painted. They have free drinks in the waiting room. They fix problems you didn't even mention. I had a LED out in the rear window break light. After fixing the breaks he mentioned that they replaced the LED. I ask how much will that be they told me don't worry about it. They detail the vehicle everytime I bring it in. ALSO, I felt a vibration in the Audi, but no one else could feel it. I took it to the dealer after I had driven 7k on it. We finally found out that it was one of the tires. They didn't replace just the one bad tire they replaced all 5 tires because Audi recommend having all sets the same tire type & wear.
Yes tuners can produce more power, but they usually run like crap or you constantly have to fix something.

RS4 is a vehicle you can put the key in and it starts. It can be driven hard or driven to work. It is a well made machine.
The price is relative. If you make 30k you should drive a 15K Neon. If you make 72k you should drive 38k A4. If you make 132k you can afford 66k RS4. All senerios show you spending 1/2 years salary on a vehicle.
It is funny when people put down the wealthy people. It doesn't make rich people stupid if they love the RS4. It just shows most people settled for whatever amount of money they earn so they drive the Accord, Taurus or Neon. Of coarse this doesn't include people that buy vehicles for some utility reason like minivans.
