2007 has some minor shock tower differences to accomodate the 5.4 in the Shelby. Also there are some minor engine coolant plumbing changes. The 07 has heated seats and a trunk release in the car. The 07 also comes with a hookup on the front of the Shaker (upgrade) radio for an mp3 hookup. The 06 has none of those features. Other than that, they are the same car.
