Question:
So my transmission was slipping, and then I ended up putting a quart of trans oil in it, (it was low), but i had this rebuilt 10 months ago for $1800 isn't that odd that it was a quart low? could this be from me driving 95 MPH alot? or is this some sort of leak?
Answers:
there could be some sort of leak, check your coolant reservoir for contamination, look for trans fluid in it, may have a bad trans cooler which bleeds into the coolant. also, experience with rebuilding a volvo transmission usually does not go well.

puddle or no puddle.Look and see.Your Volvo C70 is a front wheel drive car. Since you just had your transmission rebuilt, it should not be low on transmission fluid. One simple solution could be that the mechanic did not fill it all the way. Also, did you check the fluid properly? You need to have your transmission at normal operating temperature to get an accurate measurement.
If the transmission was low, I would take it back to the place you had it repaired (should be under warranty, but check because some warranties are only 6 months). Also, make sure you didn't overfill it. If it is overfilled, make sure you drain out the excess - it will cause the fluid to foam and not properly lubricate (and cool) the transmission which will lead to failure.
