When adding cai/ headers you are doing only a halfazz job, you will see little gains. CAI gives you more air to the throttle body, but the throttle body is stock slowing down all that air you are trying to add. So CAI plus bigger throttle body is the combo needed for bring air in. Now on the way out you need GOOD street headers or better yet a race header, then you need a good exaust to complete the air transfer. Throttle body/CAI/ Headers/Exaust will only add around 15whp and some torque gains depending on the header you buy. I am not familiar with the LS model. If it is the sports engine look into hondata for a reflash, this upgrade ontop of the upgrades mentioned above will make a huge difference. On my 2003 acura rsx type-s Installed the TB/CAI/Header/Exaust and reflashed and I dynod at 212whp. Stock the car is around 170-180whp. good luckI Need Door Pins For My 1993 Mazda Mx3. Parts Stores Don't Have Them!?
i'd say about all of 10hpadding the header will help a lot more when you start adding stuff to the motor to make it draw in air better: CAI alone wont help that much, nitrous or turbos are going to make a stock exhaust hold your motor back
Headers typicaly add 10hp to the top end. Meaning, you won't really FEEL the difference until around 80mph. You'll notice a little more pull going up to 140 assuming you're not restricted by the computer....and it'll sound great too..While you're shopping..look at www.borla.com

I want to recharge my a/c in my 95 chevy lumina where is low pressure valve???
You will not get 10 hp, at least to the wheels you wont. You should expect to see gains of around 3-5 whp.
