If the wheels are discontinued then good luck... I had that problem and you can only buy discontinued wheels used. You could luck out and find an online wheel store with your same wheels. Best bet is to buy 5 new after-market or go on Ebay and get a set of used rims. But let me first answer the question as if you are wanting to find matches to the stock wheels. The best place to find the match for these is your salvage yard. Now as far as the custom wheel match is concerned, that would be kind of like doing a search on the internet (of any kind-not just wheels) that ends up with millions of possibilities. The point is that there are hundreds of possibilities that your truck could have on it for custom wheels. And as one person mentioned, if the particular style you have is discontinued, then you are basically screwed. The only hope that you might have is if the custom wheels have a center cap with a logo on it, then you might be able to chase it down by that. If it is a brand name such as American Racing, or Cragar, or Boyd, or a few others, then they would have a logo in the center, usually. However, if they are knock-offs they will not have a logo in the center, and it is anybody's guess. So to bottom line it, figure on planning a LOT of time doing searches. If you want to get another set of 4 that actually match and are planning on using the 215s that you have now, then a 5 1/2'' or 6'' wide wheel is what you are wanting. In other words a 15X6 wheel with a 4 1/2'' bolt pattern.
