Interference or Non-interference? That is the question! 2.0 8v mk3 jetta?
For chip there are a lot of options...Generally APR seems to be the most popular or at least most wanted chip upgrade. Everyone likes the switchable programs, the smooth power bands, and the monster power gains. You also have other programming options available at additional cost. http://www.goapr.com/
What is a good convertible car for a male college student?
Among the more popular options for chip upgrades is Garrett or GIAC. These are known to be selectively good but overall one of the better chip upgrades you can get for your Audi/VW. http://www.giacusa.com/
Less expensive, still effective, but less popular and from a well-known and long standing player in the Audi/VW business... Neuspeed. People give Neuspeed a lot of crap for not being Garrett or APR... but honestly, every Neuspeed owner appreciates the fact that they got tons of power for half the price of either. There are no options... you're either chipped or not, not switchable, no custom programs, just Neuspeed. http://www.neuspeed.com/
REVO... awesome. Everyone agrees. This is the upgrade everyone seems to want. There are tons of options just like APR. It's also very pricy but the word is it is well worth it. http://www.revotechnik.com/
Which car is better - Honda City or Toyota Corolla?
There are a number of others... TAP is one that used to be popular when the first A4 became available... but just fell off the radar and frankly they just do not offer as good a product or as wide distribution. If you research chip upgrades you will undoubtedly run across APR, GIAC, Revo, and Neuspeed the most often. Their websites also have lists of distributors so you can find a local installer to get your ECU chipped.
What can I do to increase the hp in a car?
Keep in mind that in most cases, you will have to have your ECU removed, shipped to one of the chipmakers, installed, shipped back, and reinstalled. Turnaround time is the same day at the shop so you will need three days to get it all done... no car for three days.
Do your research on vwvortex or audiworld or 20vturbo and find out which chip is going to work best for you. It's also going to depend on your location so do your research.
Noise from rear locking differential?
As for lowering, its really about finding a good reputable shop to do it. Don't do air... its garbage for a car you're going to chip. There's no point in turning it into a performance car if you're going to be riding on that junk. If you're in SoCal check out Eurocode in Torrance. http://www.eurocodetuning.com or Greedspeed ... http://www.greedspeed.com
Whats the fastist lamborgini car in the world+ wheres the engine built?
At Greedspeed they can actually do a Neuspeed chip upgrade while you wait. 2 hour turnaround in some cases. Just make an appointment.
1999 Dodge Grand Caravan, do I need a code reader to read why my service engine light is on?
Good luck.
For the chip, use APR.

My MPV door lock canot be open with remote key system. However driver side door can be open?
And for lowering, I'd use coilovers. Preferably H&R or Bilsteins.
And to respond to the answer below...he/she said he wants at least a 2 inch drop and like custom lowriders so it's just his/her style. Let him/her be.
LOWERING?? You must be kidding, the car only has 4 inches of ground clearance now. You must not love your bug as much as I do mine.
