I mean i know I'm a girl but i got a single cam v-tech with nos, but i think you could put headers, and if it doesn't already you can also put a v-tech. Also nos or turbo is really good. If you want it to go extremely fast you can put type r turbo wow that will fly like the wind.How cheap do you want it to be?
On all the cars that I had including my recent Dodge Avenger I have installed performance AIR FILTERS and added gas additives or injector cleaners, and the car seems to perform a lot better and more powerfull. This is a good alternative if you don't want to spend big $$$ on superchargers or Turbos you can do it yourself it is easy and simple and can be done for less than $100 you will need to remove the stock air housing in order for the new filter to fit. U can also install a new exhaust such as Borla or Magnaflow and you'll like the results of these not to expensive modifications. I hope that helps!

First you do know the the Civic DX is one of the very basic civic. That being said, you can only concluded it's also one of the slowest. The D series motor can only produce so much even under turbo. I can only say save your money for a motor swap.Where is fuse panel on 1992 bouner 33ft?
