I decreases the value quite a bit. The 77 had pretty weak performance to begin with and you went from the higher performance motor to the lower one. Add to that the car is no longer a numbers matching original. Vette buyers tend to be a bit picky about that. Figure about 30% under book to be a fair estimate.
